What happens if a paid plan goes over its monthly report limit?
Reports are never dropped: a report past the monthly figure is still received and kept with full history and all captured data (recording, network log, console, notes), it just doesn't get the automatic reading (suggested steps, cause, or severity).
Is the 14-day trial actually free?
No, the trial costs $5 and is charged when you subscribe, buying 14 days before the paid plan itself starts billing; the separate Free plan has no card and no charge.
