AgentBlackBox records AI agent activity into a tamper-evident audit trail.
AgentBlackBox at a glance
AgentBlackBox is a tool that records AI agent activity—what it observed, decided, and did, plus human approvals—into a tamper-evident audit trail for compliance and security teams.
Good for
- Teams that need to prove to an auditor or regulator what an AI agent did and who approved it
- Organizations that require human approval gates on high-risk AI agent actions
- Compliance and risk teams that need exportable audit reports (PDF/JSON) of agent behavior
Questions people ask
How does AgentBlackBox make the audit trail tamper-evident?
Every event is SHA-256 hashed and linked to the previous event (prevHash to eventHash) starting from a GENESIS root, so any edit, insert, or delete breaks the chain and is detectable.
What does AgentBlackBox actually record?
It records a complete, ordered timeline of what an agent observed, decided, requested, executed, blocked, or errored on, including the full event payloads and any human approvals or denials.
Can human approvals be required before an AI agent takes an action?
Yes, high-risk actions can be gated on a human decision, and the approval or denial is itself recorded as a chained event.
What does the policy decision engine do?
It lets you simulate a proposed agent action and returns ALLOW, REQUIRE_APPROVAL, or BLOCK, along with the matched rules and a recommendation.
How do I share or export the audit record?
You can generate a one-click audit report per work unit with an executive summary and full event log, then print/save it as PDF or export it as JSON.
